Colorisciousness

This summer has been full of colorful art. I very slowly…. With the great help of friends and family… painted a mural on the back wall of the casita. Tropical, freehand. Seemed like it took the whole summer

It was hot. Sultry even. Sitting on an upturned paint bucket painting leaves and swirls of color.

Then in September we hosted an ‘artists retreat’ with Florida artists Lisa Kaw and Sarah LaPierre. Within a few short hours they beautifully embellished the side of our ‘bamboo barn’ with SO much happy color! I had no idea what to expect… and they led me on a closed eyed REVEAL. I was gobsmacked when i opened my eyes! Loved every morsel of it!
